Digital Garment Pattern Making and Product Development

In der modernen Welt, in der das Bewusstsein für die Auswirkungen der Bekleidungsindustrie auf die Umwelt wächst, bestehen die neuen Herausforderungen in der effizienten Nutzung von Rohstoffen, Wasser, Energie und chemischen Stoffen, in der Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen und des CO2-Fußabdrucks, um die Natur zu schützen und den Lebenszyklus von Kleidungsstücken so weit wie möglich zu verlängern. In dieser dynamischen Welt müssen Designer/Ingenieure wissen, wie sie IT-Lösungen nutzen können, um modische und nachhaltige Artikel mit einem hohen Qualitätsniveau und zu erschwinglichen Preisen zu entwerfen und zu produzieren. Auf der Grundlage seiner Kompetenzen, seines technischen Wissens und seiner Forschungsaktivitäten und -ergebnisse im Bereich der Bekleidungsindustrie wird das TUIASI-Team in partnerschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit Kursinhalte zur digitalen Herstellung von Bekleidungsmustern und zur Produktentwicklung auf der Open-Source-Online-Plattform entwickeln.

Clothing Comfort

Comfort is defined as a set of conditions that make the life comfortable and elegant. The simplest definition of comfort is no discomfort. Comfort is defined as the state of a person, in which he feels a harmony between the surrounding environment and psychophysical impressions, and the body is in a state of thermal equilibrium: Physiological comfort, Psychological (aesthetic) comfort, Sensorial (tactile) comfort, Fitting comfort.

This course contains the main information regarding the different types of comfort of the human body, the relevant parameters of the clothing and the textile structures and the methods for their measurement.

Production Organization and Logistics

The course of production organization and logistics will be prepared with the mutual effort of the partner organization in multiple languages. Students, as well as people interested in doing business in clothing, do not have enough know-how in costing, resourcing, and production systems in the clothing industry. The developed courses in collaboration with partner institutions will provide open access to the latest digitally adapted educational content to provide quality digital education and the necessary skills to either join a textile company or even start their own business.

Maschinen und Technologien für die Montage

Der Kurs über die Montage von Maschinen und Technologien in fünf verschiedenen europäischen Sprachen (Englisch, Deutsch, Tschechisch, Polnisch und Rumänisch) für die Studenten der Partneruniversitäten wird vom ITM der TU Dresden im Rahmen des E-DRESS-Projekts entwickelt. In diesem speziellen Kurs werden interaktive Methoden und neue grafische Illustrationen verwendet, um interaktive Kursinhalte für die Lernenden zu erstellen, um die Maschinen und ihre Mechanismen zu erklären. Es werden Kursinhalte erstellt, die für das Online- und Blended-Learning für Studenten geeignet sind.
